A. Explanation of the Sales Contest

Our new referral contest is where "Subscription Pass" and MultiPass holders can EARN Ethereum while growing the Cap3 Community. The referral contest is a weekly contest that counts the number of referrals made during the preceding Monday to Sunday calendar week. The top 5 referring parties receive the following Ethereum rewards IN ADDITION to their referral fees. MultiPass holders will join Genesis and Subscription Pass holders in selecting the 1 prospective project to receive $100K in funding with their votes beginning April 7th and ending on April 10th.

B. Importance of the Sales Contest

We are fully aware that most projects in this space are fueled by hype and speculation. Because of this, we’ve made sure that Cap3 Collective is based on math and transparency. The challenge we face is in the mathematics required for the community business model to thrive.

II. Eligibility and Participation

A. Who is eligible to participate?

Anyone with Cap3 MultiPass or "Subscription Pass" can participate here.

B. What are the rules for participation?

1. Be a holder of a Cap3 Genesis, Subscription, or MultiPass NFTs. 2) Connect to ShareMint to Get Your Unique Referral Code which tracks the referral revenue you bring in for the contest. 3) Make sure to register for the Cap3 Collective Community Rewards App. 4) Promote Cap3 within your circles of influence using your Unique Referral Link to help sell as many Subscription Passes as possible between March 2nd and April 7th.

C. How does one enroll in the contest?

Access the Cap3 ShareMint page here to claim your unique referral URL which will track your referral sales totals during each competition window. ShareMint enables web3 projects to share earnings with their community by paying members that refer others a percentage of the revenue they bring in.

Anyone with Cap3 MultiPass or "Subscription Pass" can participate. Only “Subscription Pass Sales” through each participants unique referral code will be considered attributable and count towards participant scoring during the contest. See example image of your ShareMint Dashboard below.

Winners from each week that places in the Top 5 will be announced each following Monday (Mar 13th, 20th, 27th). The contest restarts every Monday and the referral competition scoring from the previous week resets.

In the event of a tie - the tie breaker will be based on the participants most recent Subscription Pass sale using https://etherscan.io/. The winner will be the participant’s transaction that happened first. We will follow this decisioning on prize payout reward structure all the way down to the 5th place spot.

C. What are the prizes for the winners?

Payouts will be made in ETH based on the USD equivalents outlined above to the Wallet ID used by the participant for the competition via ShareMint.
